SVG Cursors Are Coming To KDE Plasma

Cursors on Linux are a bit of a mess right now between X11 and Wayland handling them a little bit differently. The solution to this is what Hyprland is doing with the hyprcursors project and the counterpart over on the KDE side that's shipped in KDE Plasma 6.2
