SSD VS. HDD FULL Performance Comparison!
Open with LBRYAre SSDs really faster than traditional spinning hard drives (HDD)? If so, how much faster is it? In this video, I benchmark, and test the performance and speed between a traditional 5400 RPM hard drive, and a Samsung 850 EVO SSD.

Is there a noticeable performance and speed difference? Some benchmarks I run are booting up and shutting down windows. Opening Chrome, iTunes, Tor, Adobe Photoshop, and Sony Vegas. I also test some file transfers, and read and write speeds of a large ISO file transfer, extracting a zip file, and compressing a zip file.
There are lots of benefits to using a solid state drive...like no moving parts, much faster read and write speeds, and a huge performance benefit in normal usage. This video reveals some in-depth testing I did to compare the true differences between a traditional hard drive and a solid state drive.
